The fee for lessons includes (3) two-hour session with full instruction, all materials and tools, clay, glazes, as well as kiln firings for your finished work is included.

Day 1 will e spent working on the wheel, each creating 4 hand-thrown pots. This lesson includes detailed demonstrations and assistance as you work step by step through the throwing process.

Day 2 Will be spent trimming your pots. Trimming is the step where potters turn firm pots upside down on the potter’s wheel to create a finished bottom/foot on their vessels.

Day 3 Will be spent glazing your pots. There will be a comprehensive lesson in glazing and all the assistance you need to finish your works of art. All glazes are food safe, dishwasher safe and microwave safe.
